You have a virus on your machine that was sent from your userid
possibly xx hours xx minutes before the time on this note.
 
Do not open email with attached files, particularly from unknown persons.

Compare your headers and note below ( attachment removed) 
to the warnings  in any of the websites 
above.  As I understand it you will probably not see such 
mail you sent in your  sent email folder.   Read the
instructions to remove very carefully.

Future usage,  don't open attachments that you are not 
expecting, even from friends (they may be forgeries or infected), 
don't post attachments, don't trust that your anti-virus software 
is more up to date than anyone who can send you a virus.

If you use Outlook Express,  DO NOT USE PREVIEW MODE.
Do look at suspicious files  with   File, Properties,
but do not open with your email browser.
