Compare your headers and note below ( attachment removed) to the warnings in any of the websites above. As I understand it you will probably not see such mail you sent in your sent email folder. Read the instructions to remove very carefully. Future usage, don't open attachments that you are not expecting, even from friends (they may be forgeries or infected), don't post attachments, don't trust that your anti-virus software is more up to date than anyone who can send you a virus.
