ACORE problem:
This one was a serious problem, could not bring up any application, messed up
a lot things via suggestions from search, but here is the problem & solution and
like the following I am using a Lenovo A1-07.

Problem: The error message said: the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again. 

every time the message pops up, I click on the "Force close" button, it goes away for a few seconds and pops up again.  It is very annoying and it happens running any   App.

Solution to messing up Dolphin in the process of trying out useless solutions. 
Restored from my dolphin cloud backup taken a few months ago, don't think I lost anything.
All I really have are the gestures and bookmarklets most everything else in in my homepage.
  (Dolphin) menu > settings > Privacy & Personal Data > restore
