HEADER/FOOTER    The header/footer part is a major shortcoming in Excel

Excel should have ability to put a summary into header and footer for first/last cells from specified columns that are on the page.

The simplest and a common usage that would easily fit into an Excel format is a telephone directory.  The typical  format.
   phone#;   <b>Lastname</b>, firstnames;    Dept;    Title;
or 
   phone#;   <b>Lastname</b>, firstnames;    Address1; Address2;  ST ZIP;   email;  


for header upperright corner  the first and last nonblank cell on sheet from column B
  Mid(firstnb(B:B),1,3)&"-"& lastnb(B:B),1,3)
