MANUALS  Create/EDIT a temporary dataset with content of TECH.LIBR.MANUALS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The MANUALS clist creates a temporary dataset "userid.TEMP.MANUALS"  containing
the content of "TECH.LIBR.MANUALS" which otherwise cannot be edited because it
is already allocated for use with option 7.6.  The temporary dataset also pro-
vides a means of protection against accidental updates.
