to change in IE:   File, Page Setup
  grab the [?] and drag down to entry area to see a summary,
  for more information see the Help already described.

to change in Firefox:   File, Page Setup

Interestingly if you look in Firefox you see under shortcuts mouse shortcuts, something not easily found in MS products.
